Our History

MILESTONE

1993

  • Appointed to prepare all the Local Councils in the state of Sarawak for the ISO 9002: 1987 certification (20th May).
  • Became a Company Member with the Institute of Quality Malaysia (IQM).
  • Environmental Technology Member of the Regional Institute of Environmental Technology (5th July).

1997

  • Became the 1st Malaysian training provider for ISO 9000:1994 Lead Auditor Training Course, approved under Malaysia Register of Certificated Auditors (MRCA).
  • Appointed by Plexus to provide QS 9000 training programs (1st January).
  • Introduced ASQ’s (American Society for Quality) Certified Quality Manager program in Malaysia (7th June).
  • Became the 1st Malaysian training and consultancy organization to be certified to ISO 9001:1994.

1998

  • Became Certified Consultants with MRCA.
  • Certified center to provide Certificate in Quality Assurance Management by the University of Manitoba.

2000

  • The 1st organization to be certified to ISO 9001:2000 standard in Malaysia (16th December).

2001

  • Conducted the first Training Led Consultancy (TLC) approach in Malaysia for the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM), implementing ISO 9001:2000 for 10 Valuation firms.
  • Successfully implemented the 1st Integrated Management (ISO 9001:2000, EMS 14001:1996 & OHSAS 18001:1999) System for a client in Malaysia.

2003

  • Appointed by MAMPU to provide training and consultancy services for ISO 9001:2000 standard for government agencies.

2003

  • Appointed to prepare all Local Councils in Sarawak for ISO 9001:2000 certification.

2004

  • Successfully provided training and consultancy services for the 1st software organization to be rated at ML3 for SW-CMM.

2005

  • Successfully provided training and consultancy services for the 1st Project Management organization to be rated at ML3 for CMMI (20th March).
  • The 1st Malaysian organization to be appointed as an SEI Partner by the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University.

2006

  • Successfully trained a Malaysian to become the 1st SEI Authorized Lead Appraisal & SEI Authorized Instructor.
  • Conducted the 1st SCAMPI Class A Appraisal for a SME in Malaysia.

2007

  • Successfully took the 1st Malaysian company to People-CMM Maturity Level 2.
  • Conducted 16 SME SCAMPI Class A Appraisals for local SMEs and software companies.
  • Trained a 2nd Malaysian to become the SEI Authorized Lead Appraiser.

2010

  • Successfully trained 5 personnel to become PRINCE2 Practitioners.

2011

  • Successfully appraised more than 100 organizations worldwide to various Maturity Levels of the CMMI Models.
  • Appointed by APMG International as an Authorized Training Organization (ATO) to conduct PRINCE2 training and certification (16th February).
  • Successfully trained 4 Malaysians to become PRINCE2 Approved Trainers.

2013

  • Successfully appraised more than 150 organizations worldwide to various Maturity Levels of the CMMI Models.

2014

  • Appointed by Project Management Institute (PMI) as its Registered Education Provider (REP) to conduct preparation classes for the PMP Exam (1st April).

2016

  • IPMA appointed two National First Assessors from mfQ Asia.
  • Appointed as the training provider for IPMA 4 Level Certifications by IPMA Malaysia.
  • Environmental Technology Member of the Regional Institute of Environmental Technology (5th July).

2017

  • Conducted the first IPMA Level D Certification for GLC.
  • Successfully trained a Malaysian as the ISO 37001 ABMS Lead Implementer and CMMI Lead Appraiser.

2018

  • Successfully appraised more than 300 organizations worldwide to various Maturity Levels of the CMMI Models.

2020

  • Achieved registration as certified Interpreter Evaluator for CMMI/ISACA. Evaluated interpreters for CMMI/ISACA.
  • Conducted virtual appraisal / training successfully across the region

2021

  • Selected to serve as Observer for Lead Appraisers/ Instructors for CMMI/ISACA.
  • Achieved a notable increase in the adoption/ certification of CMMI methodologies across organizations in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia

2022

  • Launched virtual and in-person CMMI implementation initiatives for organizations.
  • Developed and delivered customized CMMI implementation workshops for organizations in various industries, resulting in measurable improvements in their project management processes

2023

  • Successfully helped over 1,000 clients achieve CMMI Maturity Level 3 certification.

2024

  • Trained over 200 professionals in CMMI methodologies, helping them achieve certification as CMMI Associates.
  • Achieved approval as an official REG Training Partner for IPMA (International Project Management Association).

2025

  • Awarded Green Badge – ESBN Asia-Pacific Green Deal by ESCAP Sustainable Business Network (ESBN).
